- Reservations canceled within 30 calendar days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. No reimbursement will be issued for payments already made.
- Cancellations More Than 30 Calendar Days Before Arrival
- Reservations canceled more than 30 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.

Each listing includes the maximum guest capacity in its description. If the total number of guests does not exceed the unit’s capacity, there will be no additional charges. We cannot allow more guests than the maximum guest capacity.
