IONICA offers comprehensive property management for both short and long-term rentals in Miami, FL. Our management services include marketing, booking management, maintenance, and guest support.
3. COMMISSIONS AND FEES
IONICA charges a commission on rental income: 22% for short-term rentals and 10% for long-term rentals. All fees are clearly outlined and agreed upon before any services are rendered.
4. APP USE
Our app, available for iOS and Android, is designed to help partners manage their properties and bookings. By downloading and using our app, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms specified in the app.
5. CHANGES TO SERVICES
We may modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.
6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IONICA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
