How do I make a booking?

Browse our suites, select your dates and guest count, and complete the reservation through our secure checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For stays over $5,000, we can also arrange wire transfer.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation terms depend on the specific suite's policy, shown before you book. Most policies allow a full refund 7+ days before check-in.

When is the full payment charged?

The full amount is charged at booking confirmation. We do not hold a separate security deposit unless specified for the property.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, you can change dates or guest count up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. Price differences apply based on current rates.

What if I need to extend my stay?

Contact our concierge as early as possible. We'll check availability and confirm the extension with any rate adjustment.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Most suites have a 3-night minimum for weekend bookings and a 1-night minimum on weekdays. Monthly rates apply to stays of 30+ nights.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to the reservation calendar. Contact our concierge at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I book for someone else (as a gift or corporate)?

Yes. Corporate bookings and gift stays are available. Contact us directly at info@ionica.world and we'll arrange the reservation under any name.

Are there any additional fees?

No platform fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Some suites have a cleaning fee shown at checkout. No resort fees, no hidden charges.
