- Bookings: guest information, payment details (processed by Stripe, we never store full card numbers)
- Communications: messages with our concierge, support tickets, reviews
- Identity verification: for stays over 30 nights or above certain value thresholds

- Device: browser, OS, IP address, device identifiers
- Usage: pages visited, search queries, booking patterns

From third parties:
- OAuth providers (Google) when you sign in with them
- Payment processors (Stripe) for transaction verification
- Channel partners (Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo) when bookings originate from those platforms

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

IONICA is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us to delete it.
